Last updated: March 14, 2026By downloading, installing, or using GreatKid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These Terms apply to all users, including parents, guardians, and co-managers added to a family account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. By registering, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian of any children added to your family account, or that you have been granted co-manager access by such a guardian.

Free Tier: Core task and reward management features are available at no cost.
Premium Subscription: Unlocks advanced features, billed monthly or annually at rates shown in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your Google Play account settings (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or Apple ID settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
Refunds on iOS: We offer a 7-day refund on new subscriptions. Contact connect@vouchmate.app within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds on Android: Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy. You may also contact connect@vouchmate.app and we will assist where possible.
All content, design, graphics, logos, and software in GreatKid are owned by or licensed to Testla LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial family management purposes.
You retain ownership of content you create within GreatKid (e.g., task names, reward descriptions). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
GreatKid is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Testla LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings › Delete Account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in Section 5.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of GreatKid after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
