1. Introduction
SnapCamp is operated by Testla LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). SnapCamp turns a photo of your
product into a marketing campaign: generated scenes, written captions, and scheduled posts.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it
with, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information – When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive
your name (where provided), email address, and a provider account identifier. We do not
receive your Apple or Google password.
- Business Profile – Details you enter about your business, such as its name,
type, location, tone of voice, and brand preferences.
- Photos You Upload – Product photos you submit to create a campaign.
- Generated Content – Scenes, creatives, captions, ad copy, schedules, and
ad plans generated for you.
- Connected Social Accounts – If you choose to connect Facebook or TikTok, we
receive the access tokens and basic account or Page details needed to publish on your
behalf. Tokens are stored encrypted.
- Usage and Device Data – Basic technical information such as device type,
app version, and request logs used to operate and secure the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and business profile.
- To analyze your photos and generate campaign creatives, copy, schedules, and ad plans.
- To publish or schedule posts to the social accounts you connect, only when you ask us to.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve SnapCamp.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos or
generated content to advertise to you.
4. AI Processing & Third-Party Services
To provide SnapCamp, your photos and business details are sent to the following providers:
- AI providers – Third-party AI services (such as OpenAI, Google, and
Anthropic, depending on configuration) analyze images and generate scenes and text. We use
them to process your content to provide the service to you, and we do not authorize them
to use it for advertising.
- Amazon Web Services – Hosting, storage, databases, and scheduling.
- Apple and Google – Sign-in.
- Meta (Facebook) and TikTok – Only if you connect an account. Content you
publish is delivered to those platforms and is then governed by their own terms and privacy
policies.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the United States (N. Virginia region). Data is
encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Social account tokens are stored
encrypted and separately from other account data, and access to production data is limited.
No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
- Original photo uploads are automatically deleted from storage after 30 days.
- Campaign progress events are short-lived and expire automatically.
- Account data, business profile, and generated campaigns are kept while your account is
active. When you delete your account, we delete them as described in Section 9.
- Content already published to Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms remains on those
platforms until you remove it there.
7. Children's Privacy
SnapCamp is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16
where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you
believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
- Access and Portability – Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction – Update your profile in the app, or ask us to correct it.
- Deletion – Delete your account and data as described below.
- Disconnect – Disconnect Facebook or TikTok at any time, and revoke SnapCamp's
access in those platforms' settings.
Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EEA/UK), you may have additional
rights. Contact us to exercise them.
9. Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your SnapCamp account and associated data from within the app using the delete account option in settings.
You may also request deletion by emailing
gonazmul@gmail.com with the subject line
"SnapCamp Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
Deletion removes your account, business profile, campaigns, and stored images, and revokes
stored social account tokens.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with
a new date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
