1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SnapCamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SnapCamp.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use SnapCamp on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Your Account

4. The Service

SnapCamp analyzes photos you upload and uses AI to generate scenes, creatives, captions, ad copy, schedules, and ad plans. If you connect Facebook, TikTok, or other accounts, SnapCamp can publish or schedule posts on your behalf. Features may change, and some may be unavailable in certain regions or until launch.

5. AI-Generated Content

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and business information you submit. You grant Testla LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit that content (including to the AI and publishing providers described in the Privacy Policy) solely to provide SnapCamp to you. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. Subject to applicable law and the AI providers' terms, you may use the content generated for you for your business.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

8. Third-Party Platforms

Publishing to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, or other platforms is subject to those platforms' terms, policies, and API availability. We are not responsible for their changes, outages, content moderation, or account actions, and we do not guarantee that any post will be published, approved, or perform in any particular way.

9. Plans & Payments

Some features may require a paid plan or credits. If so, pricing and renewal terms will be shown at the time of purchase. Payments made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by them and are subject to their refund policies. You can cancel renewals in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Ad spend on third-party platforms is separate and billed by those platforms.

10. Intellectual Property

The SnapCamp app, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to Testla LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SnapCamp for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

SnapCamp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular marketing, sales, or business result.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Testla LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use SnapCamp. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using SnapCamp and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
